The Twi (pronounced 'Chee') Quick Start audio educational app, was developed to help native English speakers learn Twi ('Chee'). Twi is the Akan language commonly spoken in central and southern Ghana. Our app is aimed at teaching you the student, common words and phrases frequently used in Twi. Although our Quick Start app is initially being developed for the Ghanian Twi language we are anticipating interest and growth, and plan on introducing new African languages such as:

• Yoruba

• Swahili

• Amharic

• Igbo

• Hausa

• Zulu

 Our app is offered FREE OF CHARGE!  We value education, and the opportunity to introduce students to new and diverse African cultures and languages! Below you will find screenshots for our initial application, focused on the Twi language. We will initially be utilizing computer generated voices, which we hope to replace with native speakers in the near future. That being said, we understand that the computer generated voices may lead to mispronunciations and will require adjustments.  Again this is where our native speakers will come in to play assisting with recordings for modules, and ensuring correct articulation and pronunciation. We hope to look to the community in the future to assist in our endeavor, and if interested please complete our "contact us" field.
